For 16+ First dose Pfizer ONLY. For those who live, work or interact with community members on or near the Qualla boundary, EBCI tribal lands in Snowbird, EBCI tribal lands in Cherokee County. Also EBCI Envrolled members or elibigle for primary care services at cherokee Indian Hospital.Do not attend if you are in isolation/quarantine. Masks are required; no gaiters. Wear a short sleeve shirt. Walk-in. No appointment necessary.

Offices will resume operation as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. Family Support Services, In-home Care, Syringe Services and WIC are open with limited staff. Call ahead.
